Questions in which place the responsibility to act on the person being asked.
Passive questions are questions hat describe a static situation. They have the answerer describe an outcome of the environment. Active questions place the responsibility to act on the answerer. Active questions don’t allow the person responding to “pass the buck” to anyone or anything but themselves.

- Passive - Do you have clear goals?
- Active - Did you do your best to set clear goals for yourself?
